Job Summary:

The purpose of the role is to grow the commodities and private label business of Growsari.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies total category priorities and strategies
  • Handles the optimization of the category’s gross margin
  • Conducts insighting and identifies growth opportunities and manages growth levers such as conversion. penetration, and basket size for the category
  • Monitors operational metrics and ensures healthy fill rates and stock availability
  • Manages the pricing and assortment strategies
  • Collaborates with the Demand team to provide category insights & programs that would help drive GMV, penetration, conversion, and basket size
  • Provide KAMs on direction in terms of acquisition, onboarding, relationship building, assortment, pricing, and vendor and category campaigns

Knowledge, Skills And Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in technology-based company/start-up
  • Proficient in category, product/brand, project management
  • Proficient in gathering, preparing, interpreting, and reporting data
  • Experience in managing digital marketing programs/campaigns
  • Above-average written and oral communication skills
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this role

Qualifications, Certifications And Education Requirements:

  • Graduate of any business course from a reputable university
