Job Summary:

• Central Hub Manager will be in charge of controlling the accuracy of inventory across all MFCs.
• Implementation of improvement projects and including WMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accuracy of inventory across all MFCs
  • Incoming
  • On Hand
  • Variance
  • Expiry/damaged
  • Pilferage
  • Adhoc inventory: Freebies, merch, etc. 
• In charge of overall variance charging process
• Coordinates with all of the Inventory Supervisors across hubs
  • Receiving
  • Putaway/Storage planning
  • Inventory transfers 
• Works hand in hand with the inventory planner to control deliveries 
• Collaborate with the MFC managers and AGMs regarding the dispatch plans. 
• Optimize MFC space utilizations
• Lead meetings with Inventory Supervisors
• Lead inventory cycle counts
• Collaborate with the Operations Excellence team regarding improvements in the current processes 
• Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support and lead projects through the entire life cycle from design and pilot through operations.
• Coordinate problem solving activities with multi-department resources for fast resolutions.
• Continuously learn and apply a wide variety of engineering techniques, contribute to projects in a team environment and will investigate, transfer, and adapt processes, techniques, or methods.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in BS Industrial Engineering or equivalent. CIE is an advantage.
• At least 7 years experience in Inventory Controlling and Warehouse Management
• Project Management in terms of systems/warehouse management
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational skills and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Have strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
• Is impact-driven and want to make a positive impact to the lives of Sari Sari store owners; ultimately playing a role in bridging the income inequality gap in the Philippines.
