Growsari is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Activations Associate, focusing on category and brand development and offline activations. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of growth initiatives for our FMCG supplier partners, ensuring their success in the platform.
- Developing and executing category and brand development strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Creating and implementing offline activation plans (merchandising, bundling) that drive brand awareness and engagement with sari-sari stores and end-consumers.
- Work with key account managers & demand teams to ensure targets are achieved by leveraging supplier-led and platform-funded initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with FMCG supplier partners, ensuring their satisfaction with the implementation and key metrics of growth initiatives.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.
- Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of initiatives, and making recommendations for future improvements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in category and brand development, or related roles, with trade marketing experience.
- Proven success in developing and executing category and brand development strategies that drive growth.
- Strong experience in offline activation planning and execution, focusing on merchandising and promotions.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into effective growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of managing successful partnerships with FMCG supplier partners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG & E-commerce industry and market dynamics.
- Preferably with trade marketing experience in FMCG and/or E-commerce
