Job Summary:

Responsible for activities and operations in the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports – Assist the Financial Controller during audits and closing of books
  • Approve billings to corporate and marketplace partners
  • Approve cash disbursement and liquidation entries and ensure internal controls in payment processing are in place
  • Lead the team in handling special projects like

ERP evaluation

Payroll system evaluation

Purchasing system

Company valuation

  • Conduct internal control and compliance risk assessment and implement improvement

Qualifications, Certifications and education requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word software)
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, must be a CPA
  • 5 or more years working experience in accounting, preferably Ecommerce or Fintech industry;
  • Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience in the same field
