Job Summary:
Responsible for activities and operations in the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports – Assist the Financial Controller during audits and closing of books
- Approve billings to corporate and marketplace partners
- Approve cash disbursement and liquidation entries and ensure internal controls in payment processing are in place
- Lead the team in handling special projects like
ERP evaluation
Payroll system evaluation
Purchasing system
Company valuation
- Conduct internal control and compliance risk assessment and implement improvement

Qualifications, Certifications and education requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word software)
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, must be a CPA
- 5 or more years working experience in accounting, preferably Ecommerce or Fintech industry;
- Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience in the same field
