Keep track of all near-expiry, expired, and damaged inventories across all Wh

Conduct weekly system inventory reconciliation

1. Ensure variances are settled within SLA

2. Work closely with different stakeholders (warehouse team, opex, data, etc.) to reconcile inventory variances

Performs ad hoc tasks like inventory adjustments, exception handling, creation of transfer, etc.

Requirements

3-4 years experience in inventory management (preferably in e-commerce industry)

Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

Strong Attention to Detail – To verify numbers, notice inventory discrepancies, and maintain an accurate inventory system

Communication – Inventory analysts need excellent verbal communication skills to speak with different stakeholders as well as strong written communication skills to create regular inventory reports
