Job Summary:

  • The purpose of the role is to identify category growth opportunities, help achieve targets of key partners and priority categories by planning and implementing vendor-led and internally-funded marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

Work with key partners to ensure vendor targets are achieved by leveraging both vendor-led and internally-funded activations

  • Understand growth opportunities of each category and determine categories to prioritize
  • Create and implement category growth strategies
  • Own the setting up, tracking, insighting, and preparation of a quality post mortem to ensure that activations are continuously improved upon
  • Work with the marketing team to launch and track campaigns
  • Provide key input for the marketing team’s campaigns by identifying strategic SKUs to feature


Knowledge, Skills And Experience Requirements:

  • Proven past experience in key account management in FMCG or technology-based company/start-up
  • Strong negotiation, leadership. and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Able to analyze data and determine opportunities and challenges of handled categories
  • Has the ability to build rapport with FMCG key accounts
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this role
