Job Summary: 

Properly Execute the processes and protocols of the Offboarding procedure and to assist in the documentation of all disciplinary actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate offboarding procedure of all exiting employees
  • Ensure all separation documents are in the employee 201 files
  • Ensure offboarding timelines are met for all separating and separated employees. Will handle Clearance Routing and Final Pay preparation
  • Provide and secure separation and disciplinary actions data for department reports
  • Track, update and maintain accuracy of all data related to separation and disciplinary actions
  • Filing and retrieving information related to separation
  • Assist in the drafting of disciplinary action letters (NTE, NAH, NOD)
  • Facilitate and participate on various company-wide committees and events supported by HR
  • Ensure general departmental concerns are addressed
  • Provide assistance to other process owners if necessary


  • Graduate of Psychology or any HR Related course/discipline
  • 4 years experience in labor relations and performance management
