ABOUT THE ROLE
- Seeking a dynamic professional with an understanding of business credit products and industry trends to lead the execution of credit programs within a diverse portfolio of partnerships.
- The role involves actively nurturing credit partnerships through collaboration with cross-functional teams and implementing strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) plans customized to partner needs.
- Additionally, the position requires a focus on Profit and Loss (P&L) decisions to optimize for growth and maintain a sustainable P&L, while managing risk with the risk and collections teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Business Credit Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of business credit products and industry trends.
● Credit Program Management: Execute credit programs for a portfolio of partnerships, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
● Partnership Development: Build and maintain credit partnerships, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
● Strategic GTM Planning: Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) credit programs tailored to partner needs.
● P&L and Growth Oversight: Assume clear considerations to the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the business when making decisions on growth within the portfolio.
● Risk Management and Compliance: Manage partner-level exposure while ensuring adherence to internal credit policies with the risk management team.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a role such as Relationship Manager within the field of business banking or a closely related area.
● Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in credit product strategy and go to market projects.
